The Guardcell Story
The Guardcell venture started in 2006 with the development of security products for key customers. Guardcell has had a strong partnership with Sherlotronics since its inception. Together we have developed and supplied our products to a wide range of security companies. Our tailor-made access control product provides secure access to customer premises using a device located in the reaction officer’s vehicle. This has provided security companies with a fast and efficient method of gaining access to properties without compromising a customer’s safety and security.
Founder
Andrew Austin, the founder of the company is an Electronic Engineer with many years of experience in developing products for companies in the electronics industry. His solution is available using proven Sherlotronics hardware modules enhanced with security algorithms developed and implemented by Guardcell.
Secure gate
Secure gate access control is controlled by the security company using the Guardcell Management Software. All the components in the system are available through Sherlotronics authorised distribution channels. The security company encodes their devices with pre-allocated secure encryption keys. The encoding ensures that each security company operates on its own unique set of keys allowing their systems to operate alongside each other with no interference.
